Challenge

This brand new senior community in downtown San Francisco required high-quality furnishings and artwork for 18 different spaces on a limited budget.

Solution

After establishing consensus on project scope and direction with a committee representing multiple staff teams, I managed the project from needs assessment through to implementation, utilizing long-term vendor relationships to provide furnishings that surpassed the client’s expectations on quality and cost.

Results

The project was completed efficiently and on budget. The warmth and flow encourage residents to use and enjoy the entire facility.
